terms of service

01. GENERAL TERMS
- provide neat references of your oc/s02. PAYMENT
- any and all commissions must be paid either
infull, up front
OR
*you can pay half up front and the last half upon completion.
- paypal is the only app i will use for payment exchanges
- invoices will be provided if there are multiple artworks requests by th client with a cash payment upon the confirmation which will be provided through canva. Which in that case you will need to have/create in existing account to make sure your details are correct and to add your signature. (Canva is a free website that does not require any purchases to make a account.)
- other payment options other than cash can be discussed.03. PROCESS
- work in progress screenshots will be provided.
- i can make changes when WIP photos are provided and when the order is complete. i'm willing to do small changes at no cost.04. USAGE RIGHTS FOR BOTH ME AS THE ARTIST AND THE COMMISSIONER
- as the artist, i can post and display it wherever i wish to.
- you as the commissioner can only use it for personal use unless discussed otherwise, print the art, post the art and use it as a pfp with the exception that there must be proper credit given to me as the artist.
- you as the commissioner can not make money off of the commission or alter the artwork without my consent.05. REFUNDING POLICY
- in the event that the commissioner does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the commissioner may refuse. If that's the case, the artist will retain the refused artwork and a 50% non-refundable deposit of the purchase. This is free of any claims or interests of the commissioner and the commissioner will not owe any additional fees to the artist.DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK ME ANY INQUIRIES, QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THROUGH ONE OF MY SOCIAL MEDIAS. :)
